Software Architecture Talks that spark change
Inspiring talks for your company event or conference, based on real-life case studies, that provide actionable lessons for the audience. I make them fun to keep people engaged.

Bring new technical and socio-technical perspectives from an external point of view, based on expertise acquired during many years working in software architecture.
Real stories
I've worked at many companies during my career, from startups to corporate environments. I've learned from making mistakes, and I gained a down-to-earth perspective on software architecture. I use these real stories to drive my talks, which provides not only engagement through storytelling but also makes people feel identified.
Entertaining and Inspiring
These days, the audience gets distracted easily and switches to their smartphones or work laptops if the talk isn't providing quick value. I know that, so I use a direct, inspiring speech and a good dose of visual and spoken jokes (e.g., through memes) to keep people engaged with the topic.
Visual and Open
Reading slides is not the same as giving a talk. I use visuals, especially diagrams, to convey the message. This is helpful when talking about software architecture since it extends the potential audience to not only technical profiles but also other essential roles acting as stakeholders (product, business, commercial).
Actionable takeaways
Sometimes, the audience will get advice based on errors I've seen and made myself. In other cases, I share free tools and templates that people can use directly at work. My goal is to drive positive transformation in a short period of time. Additionally, you can combine talks with workshops.

The Invisible Architect
Invisible Architects join organizations as hidden creatures. Initially, they don't act; they listen and scan what's going on.
